Wow, I just gave SMS the go ahead yesterday to get the TI done by the walk thru on the 7th. I went by today to see if they had gotten started and it is finished!! They called in favors on the counter tops/millwork and VOILA!! Very impressive, SMS. Thank you.

In our business we customarily get only the bad news and never the good. Last week, with the freezing weather, I had an issue at a property that required immediate attention. I did want you to know that Traci and Richard went above and beyond to make certain things happened to help avert potential disaster. After getting the call at probably 4:00pm, Traci was all about finding a solution to our problem, and Richard was on site by 6:00pm with space heaters, extension cords etc. I am glad they are on our team, and thought you should know that we really appreciate what they do!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to you to Traci, Jim and Matt's team. They did a fantastic job in both communicating with us as well as completing the repair very efficiently and timely.
