Jon Barry | President

Jon Barry is President and Founder of Spectrum Maintenance Services and leads the company’s marketing and growth strategies. Jon’s career in commercial real estate spans four decades including extensive experience in all aspects of brokerage and property management. Initially formed as a support to Jon’s shopping center management platform, SMS has grown to become Atlanta’s leading full-service property maintenance company serving hundreds of owners, property managers and tenants with office, industrial and retail properties. Jon previously served on the Board of Advisors of the Kennesaw State University Entrepreneurship Center, is a member of CEO NetWeavers and has served as mentor to numerous rising professionals.

Ryan Wagner | Senior Vice President

Michelle Wagner | Vice President and Controller

Michelle Wagner is Vice President and Controller of Spectrum Maintenance Services. Michelle’s professional career commenced at the young age of 16, where she established her accounting skills while working at a Class A multi-family property. Further expanding her skill set, Michelle pursued a degree in Accounting from Tidewater Community College, in Portsmouth VA. Over the years, Michelle has accrued a wide range of experience, as she worked for an international self-storage company holding the title of Senior Accountant, as well as assisting in IT support. When Michelle joined the SMS team in 2005, she set out to make a positive impact on the day-to-day operations within the company. Michelle has contributed limitless effort in staffing the company’s Client Services team, as she has primed and trained each member with customer service etiquette and professionalism. Michelle’s decades of knowledge and experience contribute greatly to the success of SMS.
